Every order is shipped discreetly from our office with full tracking. We've shipped to over 40 countries without a single lost package.

How It Works

  1. Order ConfirmationWe receive your deposit and confirm your order with the factory. Production time varies by model — typically 3–7 business days.
  2. Quality InspectionYour watch arrives at our office. We inspect it and send you photos and video with a personalised paper bearing your name.
  3. Final PaymentYou approve the order and settle the remaining balance. We prepare your package for dispatch.
  4. Dispatch & TrackingYour package is shipped with a tracking number sent to you immediately. You can monitor the delivery in real time.

Delivery Timeframes

Europe

7–14 business days. Most European countries including UK, Germany, France, Italy, Netherlands, Switzerland, Scandinavia and Eastern Europe.

United States & Canada

10–20 business days. Shipped via established routes with proven customs clearance record.

Australia & Asia-Pacific

12–21 business days. We have regular shipments to Australia, Singapore, Japan, and other APAC countries.

Rest of World

14–28 business days. Contact us to confirm shipping availability for your specific country.

Packaging

All watches are shipped in discreet, unmarked packaging. Contents are not declared as watches on customs documentation. We use methods proven to clear customs successfully in your destination country.

Where available, we include a replica box and documentation to complete the presentation.

Tracking

You receive a tracking number as soon as your package is dispatched. Most shipments are trackable end-to-end. For packages entering customs clearance, there may be a period of 2–5 days without movement — this is normal and expected.
