We use shipping methods and packaging specifically chosen for successful customs clearance in your destination country. We've shipped to over 40 countries and the vast majority of packages arrive without incident.
In rare cases of customs seizure, we cannot offer a replacement or refund as this falls outside our control — but we take every reasonable precaution to prevent it. We'll advise you honestly about risk levels for your specific country before you order.

Yes — this is a core part of our process. Before final payment, we send you photos and video of your exact watch at our office, with a paper bearing your name. You only pay the remaining balance after you're satisfied with what you see.
