Before any order is shipped, you receive photo and video proof of your exact watch with a personalised paper bearing your name. Final payment is only collected after you approve this proof. This process eliminates surprises and ensures you know exactly what you're receiving.
If your watch arrives with a manufacturing defect — movement issues, case damage, or significant quality discrepancy from what was shown in proof — we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or video documenting the issue.
In the rare event of damage during transit, contact us immediately with photos of the packaging and item. We will assess and resolve each case individually.
