Factory Order PlacedWe order your specific watch from our factory partner. You're kept informed at each stage.
Inspection & ProofYour watch arrives at our office. We send you photos, video, and a sheet of paper with your name — proof that this is your exact piece.
Final PaymentYou pay the remaining balance after approving the proof. No surprises, no hidden fees.
DispatchYour order ships immediately with a tracking number.
